NB Chamber awards reception at the VEA honors Christmas Boat Parade and Ring of Lights winners

On Thursday evening, Jan. 19, the community gathered together at the VEA Newport Beach to honor the 2022 Christmas Boat Parade and Ring of Lights winners during an awards reception, along with recognizing those involved with the organizing, marketing and judging efforts of these revered Newport Beach holiday celebrations.

Hosted by the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce Commodores Club, guests arrived and enjoyed tray-passed hors d’oeuvres while perusing the Silent Auction table, filled with items from artwork and getaways to fine dining, wines and gift baskets. Bidding took place throughout a portion of the evening, with the winners posted at the end of the night.

Attendees enjoyed the taco bar, charcuterie table, sushi bar, short ribs and mashed potato bar, along with an open bar and lively conversation prior to the program beginning.
